ทบ. โต้คำแถลงกัมพูชาอ้างไม่ได้ยิงเข้ามา ชี้หลักฐานชัดเจนฝ่ายกัมพูชาเปิดฉากยิง จนกำลังพลได้รับบาดเจ็บ 2 นาย ขณะปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในเขตไทย

จากกรณีที่วันนี้ (7 ธ.ค. 68) พลโทหญิง มาลี โสเจียตา โฆษกกระทรวงกลาโหมกัมพูชา แถลงว่า เมื่อเวลา 14.15 น. กองกำลังทหารไทยเป็นฝ่าย เปิดฉากยิงก่อน พื้นที่ พลาญธม อ.จอมกระสาน จ.พระวิหาร โดยอ้างว่าไทยใช้ทั้งปืนเล็ก ปืนกล อาวุธ B-40 และปืน ค. 60 มม. พร้อมอ้างว่ากัมพูชาไม่ได้ยิงตอบโต้นั้น

พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก ระบุว่า คำกล่าวของ พลโทหญิง มาลี โสเจียตา โฆษกกระทรวงกลาโหมกัมพูชา ไม่เป็นความจริง โดยข้อเท็จจริงคือ ทหารกัมพูชาได้นำกำลังเข้ามาในบริเวณพื้นที่ ภูผาเหล็ก–พลาญหินแปดก้อน อำเภอกันทรลักษ์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ขณะฝ่ายไทยดำเนินการปรับปรุงเส้นทางในเขตไทย จากนั้นได้ยิงเข้าใส่ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยของชุดปรับปรุงเส้นทาง จากนั้นฝ่ายไทยได้ทำการยิงปะทะตามกฎการใช้กำลัง และนำไปสู่การปะทะ

จากเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว ทำให้กำลังพลบาดเจ็บ 2 นาย ได้แก่

– สิบเอก อนุชาติ เรือนคำ ถูกยิงบริเวณขา

– พลทหาร พรชัย จำปาจุม กระสุนถูกเสื้อเกราะบริเวณหน้าอก

ดังนั้น การที่กัมพูชาอ้างว่าไม่ได้ทำการยิงมานั้น ไม่เป็นความจริง และเป็นการกล่าวอ้างโดยปราศจากหลักฐาน ดังเช่นที่กัมพูชามักปฏิบัติทุกครั้งเมื่อเป็นผู้กระทำต่อฝ่ายไทยก่อน ขณะที่ฝ่ายไทยมีหลักฐานชัดเจนยืนยันทั้งเวลา สถานที่ และผลกระทบต่อกำลังพลของไทย

On December 7, 2025, Lieutenant General Mali Socheata, spokesperson for Cambodia’s Ministry of Defense, announced that at 2:15 p.m. Thai forces opened fire first in the area of Phlan Thom, Chom Krosan District, Preah Vihear Province. She claimed that Thailand used rifles, machine guns, B-40 weapons, and 60 mm mortars, and further asserted that Cambodia did not return fire.

Major General Winthai Suvaree, Army spokesperson, stated that the remarks by Lieutenant General Mali Socheata were not true. In fact, Cambodian troops had entered the area of Phu Pha Lek–Phlan Hin Paet Kon in Kantharalak District, Sisaket Province, while Thai forces were carrying out road improvements within Thai territory. Cambodian troops then fired upon the security team protecting the road construction unit. Thai forces responded in accordance with the rules of engagement, which led to an exchange of fire. As a result of the incident, two Thai soldiers were injured: Sergeant Anuchat Rueankham, shot in the leg, and Private Pornchai Champachum, struck in the chest area but protected by his body armor

Therefore, Cambodia’s claim that it did not fire is untrue and baseless, consistent with Cambodia’s repeated practice of denying responsibility whenever it initiates action against Thai forces. Meanwhile, Thailand has clear evidence confirming the time, location, and impact on its personnel.
